Around 25 people gathered for the Legalize Belarus harm reduction lecture in Beatles-club of Viciebsk.
Social workers, journalists, human rights defenders and doctors stayed for the discussion.
A social worker from a non-governmental centre that help people which helps people with HIV/AIDS and people who suffer from addictions told about the difficulties and stigmatisation that drug users encounter in everyday life.
This is the second harm reduction lecture of Legalize Belarus. Activists plan to organise similar events in every regional centre of Belarus.
